ZeroToShipped teaches founders how to ship faster while sharing the actual tooling I use to run launches, cohorts, and automation.

The platform evolved from a standalone Next.js app into a turborepo that aligns the course, marketing site, and internal tools. That setup keeps content, automation scripts, and UI packages in lockstep.

I am currently building an Expo module so the same code powers upcoming mobile utilities, making it easier for students to keep up with lessons on the go.
